Terrorizer (テロライザー, Teroraiza) is considered the embodiment of terrorism and domestic violence. He is an extremely mentally unstable human being who developed a number of advanced supernatural powers which allow him to continuously attack various places in human society with great ease and create a large amount of collateral damage in the process. He has been labeled a demon level disaster level by the hero association, and is one of the most hated villains of his kind for the lives he has taken.
