"Time to Live as One" is sung by Mokey in the Fraggle Rock episode "The Finger of Light". After she is chosen as the Ruler of the Rock for a day, Mokey realizes that she would rather not wield power over the other Fraggles, and sings this song to convince the Fraggles that they don't need one total ruler in order to govern effectively.
