The Union Conduit Dam was a dam located in Los Angeles, California. During Day 4, Habib Marwan chose the dam as the location for a hostage exchange, trading Jack Bauer for Behrooz Araz. He set up a sniper to take out Bauer after it was done, but Lee Castle managed to save Jack's life by killing the sniper. However, Marwan's men managed to escape the area with Behrooz.
