The Uminari City (海鳴市 Uminari Shi, lit. "sea-rumbling city") is a fictional Japanese location size::city on located in::Earth that serves as the setting of the original series, the A's manga, and appears in::A's. It is the home city of the Takamachi, Bannings, Tsukimura, Yagami, and (later) Harlaown households. Although its location is never narrowed down in the primary continuity, Uminari City is located within the area of Tokyo in the spinoff INNOCENT manga.
