The Achille Hiel Financial Scandal was a facade set up by Ilyria Martix to ensure this his strongest opponents would be out of his way when he ran to become senator of Kuat. It took its name from its first victim, Achille Hiel, whom Martix framed for using tax money on amenities such as extra homes, expensive holidays and presents.
