Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel was the governor of Judah in the second year of the reign of King Darius. During his governorship, he heard the prophecies of Haggai. The governor's name was mentioned in Chapter I, Verses 12 and 14 of the Biblical book Haggai. (TOS: "The Omega Glory" )
