Randy Quench: Volunteer Fireman was a fireman who would often show up to put out non-existent fires. If someone lit a candle or said the word fire etc. Randy Quench would come bursting in insisting everyone was in danger. Apparently he is supposed to be on some sort of medication. He pretty much always tried to give mouth to mouth to Chelsea's character, and would slap Kyle's character around, telling him he was hysterical. He had several catchphrases, such as announcing his title when asked who he was, "Randy Quench: Volunteer Fireman!" and the title would appear in the screen. He would often also announce "Here comes me!" or say "I'm just a man who forgets to take his medication."
