Tracy Garner-Billings is Alan's sister and she later gets worried when Doug hasn't called her back from Las Vegas. Doug, Alan, Phil and Stu eventually make it back in time for the wedding, and Doug and Tracy happily marry. In the second film, Tracy convinces Doug to try and persuade Stu to invite Alan to his wedding in Thailand, which Stu reluctantly does so. In the first movie, she tells Doug how to handle Alan, but since Doug was missing throughout the movie, Stu and Phil didn't know how to handle Alan.
