Pedro was a member of Mara Salvatrucha incarcerated at the Federal Holding Facility in Los Angeles, California. Pedro accompanied Oscar Cisneros and Ricky during their attempt to kill Jack Bauer in the prison's shower. During the fight, Jack threw Pedro into the wall. Pedro later grabbed him in a bear hug, but Jack twisted his groin before kneeing him in the stomach and face, knocking him unconscious. (Chaos Theory)
