Skybugs are friendly insectoid rahi living native to Miikau and Sparkann. Skybugs are used for sending messages by matoran because they aren't strong enough to carry a matoran. On both Miikau and Sparkann matoran kept skybugs as pets. They have no natural predators because they are poisonous when eaten. Skybugs are also known for their bright turquoise wings.
