When he hears of Red's reputation as a "lady in red", Tucker attempts to kiss her because he thinks she wants it, only to be repelled by Peter. Years later, after Red has just stolen something from the marketplace, she kisses Tucker to stop him from searching her basket. This is seen by Violet Roberts who then tricks Tucker into telling everyone at school, humiliating Red and temporarily ruining her chances with Peter. ("Red's Untold Tale")
