Dr. Gibbs was the main researcher at Simiontics Labs. She used the lab's supercomputer to control an army of enhanced apes, with which she planed to take over the world. After her plans were foiled by the Middleman and Wendy, Dr. Gibbs was taken to jail. To quote the Middleman in reference to Dr. Gibbs, "If there's one thing I hate more than evil scientists trying to take over the world, it's evil scientists who manipulate innocent primates using computer-enhanced mind control to live out their sick and perverted fantasies of criminal power."
