The ESPA in Europe conducted an interesting study to see if Nintendo's huge hit Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day!, did in fact help kids out with their math skills. Basically, they got 600 kids to partake in this study, and separated them into two different groups - one that "played" Brain Age for 20 minutes a day and one that didn't even touch the product. They found that the group that did play Brain Age were surprisingly doing 50% better than those that didn't - and that it also boosted their behavior and concentration.
