A phrase used when something goes annoyingly wrong. Originated on Facebook, June 20, 2012 at 8:16pm via mobile. The phrase was first used by Nastassia after ordering at the Noodles on 124th and capitol in Wisconsin. "I swear it NEVER fails! Only once in the two years has my order been done correctly! Shawn just asks for no bean sprouts and every time they are on there, or they get his salad wrong. Its always his order though! Today they gave my order to another lady and ran after her and handed it to me. As I was leaving I decided to turn around and ask for manager since shit always happens. As I'm waiting I had a feeling I should look at my order and BAM!! Bean sprouts! I showed the manager that once again it never fails!"
