It's Easter, and Phineas and Ferb celebrate by throwing a giant festival in their backyard, complete with rockin' bands and candy-shooting cannons. Candace learns about their plans and is determined to bust her brothers once and for all. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz has decided to dress up like the Easter Bunny as a ploy to try and finally take over the Tri-State Area.
