The Silenced Handgun appears in Resident Evil: Dead Aim. Fong Ling starts with this weapon when using her, while Bruce can find it in Room 005. It doesn't fire as fast as Bruce's handgun but with the silencer attached, it prevents other zombies detecting your position allowing you to kill zombies without fear of getting surrounded. It is also particularly useful against Pluto, since the creature relies on its hearing to find the player.
