Tavis III MacRory was the last king of the Loomis System. He was forced to abdicate by the Prosperity Party in the second half of the 19th Century PD. Due to him being a rather weak monarch, few citizens complained about his removal from the throne. However, when the situation of many citizens worsened under the Solarian-supported rule of Keith and Ailsa MacMinn, the people began to remember "Good King Tavis" more warmly. (HH14)
