Right now (chapter 424), yes Hirako is stronger. But if you are referring to the Final Getsuga Tenshō Ichigo, then we simply do not know. We have not seen the full extent of Hirako's powers and we do not have an exact measure of strength for Ichigo or Aizen in that fight.
