The Kincavel Free State is an unrecognised government in exile, established as an alternative government on 1 June 2008, on behalf of the State's claimed territory in Scotland, United Kingdom. Originally composed of a Governor, who also functioned as the Titleholder of the territory, a modest bureaucracy, and a Council, the British micronation was reorganised as the Kincavel Free State under the Constitution Order 2010.
