Ground Support Vehicle might sound like something a army would use, but it is a proper name for a GSV, because it uses the ground to support it, they are run on wheels that turn, usually at the rear of the vehicle, to push it along the ground. These vehicles are cheap and considered unsafe, but before they release the model, they are gone through a series of tests. Polaris Hovercraft Ltd. was the first company to release a civilian wheeled vehicle, or GSV.
