November 2008 Toy Capsule is a Toy Capsule for November 2008, released alongside the Monthly Collectables the Lunar Tail and the Windflower. The November 2008 Toy Capsule was the first monthly item to ever cost 3 Luna and was also the 7th usable item on Solia Online and the first non-event and Luna-costing usable item. It is a gamble as there are only three possible items obtainable, two being the November Monthly Collectables the Lunar Tail and the Windflower (so you'd be more or less spending an extra Luna on one of these items). However, the last one is a Lee Set which is a special, exclusive item that is only available through the November 2008 Toy Capsule. This was also the first "3rd" Monthly Collectable (normally, Solia only allows users to choose from 2 items).
