Garden of Memories was a separated heaven from Neverland. According to the myth, Moraes with the first Keldaen after their exile from Jupiter Prime gained this realm from Nephalla as a prize and in order to not reveal the truth to the dead about their future. This realm was described as a secret heaven which was only discovered by Ellendiala in order to succeed her seventh mission which was to meet with Moraes.
