The King of Talmoria is the title of the monarch of Talmoria. The kingdom was established in 3564 by Matthaeus von Nordenburg who would become the first ruler of the newly established monarchy. Up to 3600, the Talmorian monarchs styled themselves 'Emperors' and over time, other titles were adopted and dropped. The Kingdom is considered an executive monarchy, with a powerful King sharing power with the legislature and other traditional institutions.
