Mew is not available on the US game version according to a handbook so Mew can not be caught in the game using no cheats or glitches. The only way is to get it by trade from another game. Download the game My Pokemon Ranch for the Wii from Nintendo Wi-Fi and store 999 pokemon from Diamond and Pearl. It takes quite a while and alot of dedication if you want to do it quickly.
