Gene Dahlquist (born December 31, 1942) is a former American football player and coach. He served as head coach of the NFL Europe's Scottish Claymores from 2001–03, following a career in the collegiate ranks. Dahlquist served as offensive coordinator at five different schools, including Iowa State, Illinois, and Texas. Originally from Mount Prospect, Illinois, Dahlquist played quarterback at Arizona and later for the Norfolk Neptunes in the Continental Football League.
