The Heart Destroying Palm is one of the many skills found in the second volume of the Jiu Yin Zhen Jing. The Heart Destroying made its first appearance in The Legend of the Condor Heroes, used by East Heretic Huang Yaoshi's second and third disciple Chen Xuanfeng and Mei Chaofeng, who had stolen the second volume of the Jiu Yin Zhen Jing from their master. Other practitioners are believed to include Guo Jing, who while never having used the skill, mastered both volumes of the Jiu Yin Zhen Jing.
