Fort Stoco was a military base built onSeroth (ARE)'s moon, the base encompassed the entire southern hemisphere of the moon. It was the main military hub of the Ro Empire and produced all of the military's arnament. It built; The Buggy, The Crawler, The Hawk, and the Cruiser Ship.
