The Bedlam Agreement was a Peace, Intelligence, and Aid Treaty between the Random Insanity Alliance and the Shadow Confederacy announced on May 30, 2009. It became defunct on August 9, 2009 when the Shadow Confederacy disbanded and merged into the Circle of Icarus.
