The Constitution of the Solarian Empire is the constitution and primary law of the Solarian Empire. The Constitution is a heavily modified version of the Charter of the United Federation of Planets. It describes the powers of the Solarian Emperor, the powers and organization of the Solarian Council of Ministers, sets the official language and currency, describes the duties and main organization of the military, as well the supermacy of the Empire over all local governments, law enforcement and the judicial system, as well scientific and other functions. The Constitution also supports slavery and discrimination against females and non-humans.
