The Sighing Moon Murders was a place in the Shinomen Forest where the trees did not grow, the muddy stain remained, and during the day the place looked dark and foreboding. In the 9th century Miya Ebekko and her two assistant were slaughtered there, and their restless spirits haunted the place since.
