House rat is made using the Monstercrafting skill it is recommended that you don't release it since the House rat box is worth more than any of its drops. It requires a Monstercrafting level of 1 to make. It can only be found in a player-owned house dungeon where it is released. As the house rat doesn't have any drops, the player will not make any profit from killing it.
