Isolated from the outside world by its geography, Hugel's rural society hosts many small festivals and competitive games that have not yet been introduced to the Rune-Midgarts Kingdom. The most popular of these festive games are the Monster Races, held only in Hugel's Monster Race Stadium. These races were originally simple games held by children, and then developed into a pastime that is enjoyed by people of all ages. On iRO, this area is localized as Monster Race Arena.
