Heiwa reverse-engineered the mark for the Flying Thunder God Technique, learning the truth behind it's mechanisms. With this acquired knowledge, Heiwa was able to apply this seal in unison with his above-adequate skill and knowledge of sealing techniques, and thus the creation of a new seal was born, taking the form of multiple ripples with a horizontal and vertical cross from the epicentre to form an "X" symbol in his very own hands.
