.--- City Dump : Pauper's Drop was originally supposed (planned by devs) to have a garbage dump (very third world, with poor people picking over garbage for a living). Of course, by BS2 times, not sure if the garbage transport system would still be much in effect/operational in Rapture (lots of those locked doors we saw probably hide rooms stuffed with fetid garbage by that time -- wait til the sewers/plumbing finally starts backing up).
