No. It is clearly stated in the rules of the Death Note that, once dead, a human cannot come back to life. There is debate, however, that the unnamed shinigami from the Director's Cut could be Light Yagami reincarnated. You could also argue that even if that shinigami is Light, it's not really life being a shinigami.
