Michel Lachance (Born - April 11, 1955 in Quebec City, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 21 games in the National Hockey League for the Colorado Rockies. He played junior hockey for the Quebec Remparts and the Montreal Bleu Blanc Rouge. The Montreal Canadiens selected him 106th overall in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft. After sitting out the 1975-76 season, he turned pro in 1976-77. Lachance won the Governor's Trophy as the best defenceman in the International League in 1977-78.
