Mililani Powell (née Osler) is the adoptive mother of Herbert Powell. She also has a husband named Edward Powell. She gave birth to three daughters named Coco Powell, Wanda Powell and Carla Powell. Herb was adopted because she and Edward were unable to have a son. They most likely live in Shelbyville, as Herb was adopted from the Shelbyville Orphanage.
