A man was the son of Nicaraguan President Raphael Rivera. He ran San Felipe's Distillery, and operated it as a front for smuggling nuclear material from Russia in exchange for oil. A member of The Ghosts and his squad raided the rum Distillery and captured Rivera's son and the material.
