Inhalants refer to any of a number of volatile solvents that are inhaled to cut the flow of oxygen to the brain and induce euphoria. Model airplane glue is a common inhalant, but most volatile solvents are used for the purpose. Inhalant exposure can also be accidental (if used in an improperly ventilated area) and can lead to unconsciousness, coma and death.
