Phil Morris is an American actor, known for playing the recurring roles of Jackie Chiles on the NBC sitcom, Seinfield, and John Jones on the CW's superhero drama, Smallville, as well as starring on the 1980s revival of Mission: Impossible, as Grant Collier. He was also the voice of Dr. Joshua Sweet in Disney's animated film, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and its direct-to-video sequel, Atlantis: Milo's Return (both co-starring Cree Summer).
