Body Flicker: Tempest (瞬身・嵐, Shunshin: Arashi) is an advanced variation of the Body Flicker Technique that makes full use of the Chakra Absorption Techniques in tandem with the user's chakra control in order to create an offensive, utility-based variant of the original technique. Upon making use of the original technique, the user also makes use of their ability to absorb chakra and does so in higher quantities than they normally do, pushing them to their limits. This creates an aura of chakra surrounding the user, which is oscillating rapidly as a consequence of the movement of the user.
