Lab Assistant Luis or just Luis is a scientist that works at DexLabs. He and the other scientist are excited about the their newest creation: The Unstable Nano. He is currently stationed at DexLabs. He and Lab Assistant Sky are struggling to get a sample of Johnny Bravo. He reaptly tells Johnny to stick his tounge out, but Johnny is too excited about the creation of his very own Nano to listen. He asks the Hero to try and distract Johnny while he draws some blood from him. Johnny also keep asking Luis where his lucky comb is.
