Lenny Asher is a Character on DEXTER. He was a paranoid man who often called the police for miniscule issues, even once calling them because of the way the clouds looked. He lived next to Anthony Rodrigo and was often suspicious of him. He once unknowingly witnessed Dexter Morgan carrying an unconscious Rodrigo to a car in preparation for his murder, believing it to be a friend helping a drunken Rodrigo. He recorded the license plate to the car, which belonged to a drug dealer named Charlie Lewis, which then Officer Debra Morgan and then Detective Angel Batista found out during the Bay Harbor Butcher Investigation, when going through the notes Lenny put together in the year 2002.
