Balgownie Court is a 17 storey tower block on the St Ninian's Place estate in Seaton, Aberdeen. The building was approved along with three others in the 1st phase of the Seaton redevelopment in 1969. COntsrutcion was carried out by Bett using the Bison technique and ended in 1970. The 46m tall building was refurbished by Lovell in 2003.
