Flower of Demeter is a CrĂșac ritual of the Circle of the Crone that creates a unique species of red-petaled lily, said to have been brought back from Hades by Persephone. Flowers of Demeter require human blood to grow: they can grow from ground where the blood has been spilled, or traditionally from the chest of a fresh human corpse (the cadaver supplies the necessary blood). Flowers of Demeter produce marked beneficial effects on Kindred creativity in their vicinity, as well as to vampires who consume their flowers: but they shrivel to dust within seconds if exposed to fire or sunlight.
