Tony Williamson (18th December, 1932 - 19th June, 1991) was a prolific television writer, most notably in the action adventure and espionage genres. He wrote episodes of Danger Man, The Avengers and Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased), the latter of which was created by fellow Coronation Street writer Dennis Spooner. Tony wrote 8 episodes of Coronation Street between October 1963 and September 1964.
