This technique is unique to Ryū due to it originating from his Eye of Ares and requiring no hand seals. Ryū gathers chakra in his left eye, using the chakra to create and fire a projectile at an opponent. The speed at which the attack is delivered makes it extremely difficult to dodge even for skilled users of Sharingan-like Dojutsu but an attentive opponent can anticipate the attack once they've seen it being used due to the eye needing to be closed to form the attack.
