The Wacky Watch is an item found in Mario Party 3. These items can only be found in an Item Bag or via a Toad on an Item Space. This item turns the turns on the party board to exactly five turns after the current turn ends. You can use this item anytime, even when the Last 5 Turns have passed. This item is beneficial if the player is confident enough they will win the board and hopes to prevent their opponents from making comebacks.
