Harvey Bindle was a blacksmith and is an unseen character in Fable III. He is only known through the sword he created, Really Sharp Pair of Scissors. He may have had a problem with scissors, as in the weapon's description it states that he named it after the scariest thing he could think of, a really sharp pair of scissors.
