Deshinar Tibbonel (also known as Nar) was a female Silwaan who lived in the 24th century. Nar was a member of a Breen underground movement with Min. In 2382, Nar assisted Julian Bashir and Sarina Douglas during their mission on Salavat to locate a Breen starship with a quantum slipstream drive.
